The crow that comes in the garden is clever but cautious, it lifts the bird seed holders up off the branch or stand and shakes them till the seeds fall out then drops to the ground to eat, and so on, if it can it will lift the seed holder off and drop it to the ground.
I think lily is waiting for the new tenants to occupy the bird house, but she will need to jump up high after I put it 10 feet up the wall.

New arrival spotted by my eagle eyed fiancee. Our bird tally now goes to 29. Very chuffed with a great spotted woodpecker on the sunflower hearts, don’t they just love them.
